The role
The Event Manager for Asia Water Bangkok will lead the strategic development and execution of this show co-located with Asia Sustainable Energy Week, focusing on establishing the event as a premier platform for water technology and sustainability solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of Asia Water Bangkok's strategy as a new launch show in Southeast Asia's water and wastewater industry
- Design and deliver exceptional event experiences for this inaugural edition, establishing strong foundations for future growth
- Develop customer experience strategies, incorporating feedback to position Asia Water Bangkok as a leading platform for water technology and sustainability solutions
- Support the Senior Event Manager in Brand P&L management, including conferences and complementary products
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align all event elements and leverage synergies with co-located Asia Sustainable Energy Week
- Negotiate with venues and suppliers for event-specific requirements
- Build relationships with key industry customers, developing deep market knowledge to inform event strategy
- Oversee event floorplan and identify cross-promotional opportunities with Asia Sustainable Energy Week
- Support the successful launch and establishment of Asia Water Bangkok
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience leading B2B exhibitions, with new event launch experience preferred
- Proven track record in developing brand and sales strategies with strong sales acumen
- Experience managing international customer relationships across diverse regions and cultures
- Fluency in English and Thai is mandatory
- Independent, inspirational leader with ability to build senior-level relationships and manage high-value accounts
- Strong strategic thinking with ability to define and execute sales strategies against targets
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment
- Travel requirement: 20-30%

ROLE SUMMARY
The Senior Manager, HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic and trusted advisor to the Country General Manager and leadership team, partnering closely with the Regional HR Director to drive business performance through effective people strategies.
This role goes beyond traditional HR management. The incumbent is expected to operate as a consultative business partner, capable of influencing senior leaders, navigating complexity, and translating business strategy into actionable workforce, talent, and culture solutions.
The role supports a growing organization of approximately 150 full-time employees and is assisted by an Assistant HR Manager. HR operational activities (payroll, contracts, employee data, HR systems, and standard letters) are managed by a dedicated HR Operations team, allowing this role to focus on strategic, advisory, and value-adding HR work.
The ideal candidate is commercially minded, confident in ambiguity, and able to balance employee advocacy with business imperatives while managing people risks effectively.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic HR Business Partnering
- Translate business strategy into people and organizational strategies, proactively identifying workforce risks, capability gaps, and culture implications.
- Coach and influence leaders on people leadership, organizational effectiveness, and decision-making, including constructively challenging perspectives where appropriate.
- Partner with Regional HR team to ensure alignment with ASEAN people strategy while addressing local business realities.
Organization Design & Workforce Planning
- Lead organization design reviews, role clarity, and structural optimization to support business expansion, productivity, and scalability.
- Drive workforce planning, headcount governance, and succession planning for critical and business-impacting roles.
- Anticipate future capability needs and recommend proactive talent strategies.
Employee Engagement & Wellbeing
- Own and lead the employee engagement agenda, including:
- Planning and conducting annual employee pulse survey.
- Analysing results and translating insights into clear, prioritized, and measurable action plans.
- Facilitating focus group discussions and leadership workshops to address engagement drivers and organizational issues.
- Designing and implementing employee wellbeing initiatives covering mental, physical, and social wellbeing.

- Offer management, including advising on market competitiveness, internal equity, and compliance.
Talent Management & Leadership Development
- Lead talent identification, succession planning, and high-potential development initiatives.
- Drive performance management processes and support leaders in setting expectations, giving feedback, and managing underperformance.
- Support leadership and capability development initiatives aligned with regional frameworks.
Employee Relations, Governance & Risk Management
- Provide senior-level advisory and hands-on leadership in managing complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary cases, grievances, and performance issues.
- Anticipate, assess, and mitigate people-related legal, operational, and reputational risks.
- Ensure compliance with Thailand employment legislation, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
Rewards, Policies & HR Governance
- Partner with Regional HR on compensation reviews, incentive plans, and rewards governance.
- Maintain, review, and enhance HR policies, SOPs, and the Employee Handbook to ensure relevance, clarity, and legal compliance.
- Ensure consistent and fair application of HR policies across the organization.
Change Management & HR Program Execution
- Lead local execution of regional and corporate HR initiatives, ensuring adoption, effectiveness, and business impact.
- Act as a change agent during periods of growth, transformation, or organizational change.
People Analytics & Insights
- Leverage HR data and people insights to inform decision-making, identify trends, and recommend evidence-based interventions.
- Provide regular people insights and dashboards to country and regional leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 12 years of progressive HR generalist experience, preferably in a multinational, matrixed, and growth-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated experience operating as a senior HR business partner to business or country leaders.
- Strong knowledge of Thailand employment legislation and statutory requirements.
- Proven advisory, consulting, and problem-solving capabilities; able to influence and challenge stakeholders with credibility.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance business outcomes with employee advocacy.
- Experience handling complex employee relations and organizational challenges independently.

We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join our Thailand Finance team.

JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the Finance Analyst will work together with the Thailand Finance Team and Asia Shared Service Centre (SSC) to support the Thailand business by managing the day-to-day finance operations, delivering insightful, timely analysis and other financial planning needs.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for submission of timely, accurate and commercially focused Budget, Forecast and 3 Year Planning for Thailand, in line with agreed templates and timetables
- Identify and promptly report risks and opportunities for the business by monitoring sales pacing and cost spending closely
- Update commentary highlights concisely, anticipating potential questions and addressing them in advance with supporting analysis as appropriate
- Provide Business Partner support to event team
- Monthly P&L actual review and working with SSC for month end. This will include:
- Ensure revenue and costs are recorded correctly, and intercompany billings are performed
- Accruals are made in accordance with Group guidelines and timely release of accruals, if any.
- Build reports for review and analysis purposes
- Liaising with the auditors
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making, identify trends, and evaluate financial performance.
- Responsible for the Intercompany recharge
- Ensure all agreements are in place
- Stay updated on accounting principles and relevant financial regulations.
- Ad hoc queries / requests from stakeholders (Group/Division, Management, Business Partners etc)
Qualifications
- Relevant accounting or finance degree is a prerequisite
- Familiarity with local statutory and tax regulations is mandatory
- Prior FP&A / business partnering experience in an MNC environment is preferred with at least 3-5 years of experience
- Well-versed in financial regulations
- Working knowledge of Oracle, SAP
- Self-motivated, dynamic, and able to work independently
