The Senior Channel Partner Sales Rep role is responsible for business growth and collaboration with internal and external team and customers in order to achieve company's objectives
This position reports to the SEA General Manager and is part of the Southeast Asia Commercial team is based in Thailand and will be working remotely with as required meetings/trainings in the main office.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Defining, developing, and executing short- and long-term sales strategies to sustain continuous growth in the responsible market, including sales forecast and sales funnel management and periodic business reporting.
• Managing an efficient dealer and channel partner network, setting relevant targets and quotas, and continually monitoring performance and forecast accuracy throughout the year to ensure CP are meeting or exceeding booking and revenue goals
• Collaborating closely with technical support, marketing, service, and operations teams to ensure smooth pre-sales and post-sales execution.
• Developing the clinical and life sciences market through workflow- and product knowledge-driven value selling and providing strategic input into short- and long-term business planning.
• Ensuring quality of work and compliance with all applicable local government laws and regulations & maintaining Salesforce.com funnel management, forecast accuracy, and target achievement
The essential requirements for the job include :
• At least Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or an equivalent science discipline.
• Work experience between 5-9 years with a Bachelor Degree or at least 3 years for a holder of Master’s degree in the life sciences sector. A demonstrated track record of building and managing relationships with dealers or channel partners.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com (SFDC) for sales funnel and forecast management, along with advanced MS Office and Excel/Power BI skills.
• Strong business communication and negotiation skills in local language and English, with the ability to translate market and product strategy into an executable, value-based sales plan.
• Able to travel internationally up to 10% for training and business meetings.

The Technical Sales Support is responsible for providing technical expertise to sales representatives, resellers and customers during the sales process. Responsible for the development and use of a set of software tools to improve the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of Quotations, Orders and Order Changes.
This position reports to the Commercial Manager, SEA and ANZ and is part of the SEA Commercial Team, located in Thailand, and will be a remote role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Drive business growth across Southeast Asia and Australia/New Zealand by identifying and developing new sales opportunities for Molecular Devices’ industry-leading instrument portfolio.
- Partner with leading researchers, universities, and life science organizations to support groundbreaking scientific discoveries and innovation.
- Deliver technical expertise through customer consultations, product demonstrations, seminars, workshops, and distributor training programs.
- Build and strengthen strategic customer relationships by providing application and scientific support that enables customer success and product adoption.
- Influence market expansion strategies by monitoring industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activities while contributing to accurate sales forecasting and account planning.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or related discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in technical sales, field applications, product specialist, or scientific support within life sciences, biotech, or analytical instrumentation.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage researchers, distributors, and key decision-makers across SEA & ANZ
- Experience working with distribution and channel partners, including providing technical support, training, and joint customer engagement to drive pipeline development and business growth.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify market opportunities, understand customer application needs, and support strategic account development in a complex sales environment.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environmental Requirements:
- Ability to travel – 10-20% time travelling across SEA / ANZ
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Experience selling or supporting scientific instruments, imaging systems, automation, or laboratory technologies with track record of supporting customer demonstrations, evaluations, workshops, or tender activities.
- Knowledge of cell culture, organoids, high-content imaging, drug discovery, or related workflows.
