What this job involves: Playing a huge role in operations You’ll work hand in hand with site manager to deliver only the best property management services. Having superior organisational skills will be vital to this role because you’ll make road maps on how to smooth out the daily operations of the designated sites. You’ll also help the manager in ensuring project success by preparing the environment, making it safe and efficient to operate. In this role, you’ll need a strong presence of mind to put a lot of things in order. You’ll stay on top of maintenance activities and requirements with contractors or vendors to complete all repairs and maintenance based on timelines and standards. Do our OMS procedures and checklists follow rules and regulations? Are you keeping the maintenance stock inventory in check and replenished? Besides these, you will also audit and inspect sites and systems for any defects, come up with solutions and get hold of quotations. While you go through these, you will also hand/take over units to Tenants. Main Responsibilities · Support Google Regional PM and Senior Project Manager on data centre technical fitout projects · Act as the secondary technical POC for local teams and connect with cross functional teams (Engineering and IT Operations Teams) for Project deployments in Thailand. · Support Regional PM for end-to-end responsibility from planning to handover of the fit out works on site. · Resolve issues promptly based on technical requirements or escalate accordingly. · Ensure work is performed safely with high quality of workmanship. Daily Work Tasks · Work with internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of specifications and ordering of materials and equipment are done in a timely manner to ensure approvals are obtained and deployment plans are in place and implemented. · Keep track of and report on key milestones from the commencement of technical fit-out to completion for handover to Operations. · Conduct/drive weekly management and site meetings with GC/AE/Telecoms Contractors · Coordinate with local construction project managers to align priorities and site management. · Work with internal teams to manage ordering, delivery and storage of Owner purchased materials (Vienna, Hyena, Fibers, etc) and parts required for the DC turn ups. · Review and track contractor deliverables. · Perform inspections, surveys & regular site walks. · Maintain checklist/tracker, raise punch items and drive punch list clearance. Job Title: Owner’s Engineer / Project Manager – Off-Site Infrastructure Delivery Control Location: Thailand Reports To: [Insert relevant role, e.g., Head of Development or Regional Project Director] Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Owner’s Engineer / Project Manager to support the development and delivery of critical off-site infrastructure, with a primary focus on electrical power connections and related utility interfaces. Based in Thailand, this role will act on behalf of the project owner to ensure that all off-site works—particularly those involving coordination with local power authorities and third-party utility providers—are executed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with technical and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing interface points between private developments and public utility networks, particularly the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT), Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA), or Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA). Key Responsibilities - Oversee the planning, design, procurement, and construction of off-site infrastructure, with emphasis on high-voltage power supply connections, substations, and associated civil works. - Act as the primary liaison between the project team and local power suppliers (e.g., MEA, PEA, EGAT) to secure approvals, permits, connection agreements, and timely energization. - Review and validate technical submissions from contractors and consultants to ensure alignment with local codes, utility standards, and project requirements. - Monitor contractor performance, progress, quality, and safety compliance for all off-site works. - Facilitate coordination meetings with utility companies, government agencies, and internal stakeholders. - Identify and mitigate risks related to utility coordination, land access, right-of-way, and regulatory compliance. - Prepare and present regular progress reports in both English and Thai, as required by internal and external stakeholders. Required Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. - Minimum 8–10 years of experience in project management or owner’s engineering roles, preferably within industrial, data center, or large-scale commercial developments. - Demonstrated experience interfacing directly with Thai power authorities (MEA, PEA, or EGAT) for grid connection applications, feasibility studies, and construction oversight. - Strong understanding of Thailand’s utility regulations, permitting processes, and technical standards for electrical infrastructure. - Fluency in both English and Thai (written and spoken)—essential for stakeholder engagement, documentation review, and contract administration. - Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE) is advantageous but not mandatory. - Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD (for reviewing drawings), and standard office productivity tools. Preferred Attributes - Experience working on international or multinational projects in Southeast Asia. - Familiarity with EPC contracts and FIDIC-based agreements. - Ability to travel domestically as needed to project and utility sites. Technician What this job involves: Greasing the wheels of day-to-day operations You will be involved in the overall upkeep of plant and facilities equipment to ensure smooth daily operations. To do this, you’ll need to regularly inspect all equipment rooms and other facilities, and take note of any problems using the predefined checklists. Also part of your responsibilities is to walk the duty technicians through weekend work plans, and give out technical recommendations, as needed. Being the front line for maintenance needs Our clients will come to you for equipment fixes, so you’ll be expected to be skilled in carrying out repairs. At the same time, you should always be ready to get hold of vendors to do maintenance work at a moment’s notice. On top of this, you’ll also have to speed up any required equipment moves, adds and changes implementation.
