Seeking a proactive and experienced Scheduler with Contractor background (plus point) to develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Must have hands-on construction/contractor experience with good understanding of field operations and work breakdown structures. Experience in fast-track construction and Critical Facility Construction is preferred.
Key Requirements:
• Contractor Background - Minimum 5+ years in construction/contractor environment with field operations experience

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee mechanical systems installation, maintenance, and operations. Must possess strong technical knowledge, regulatory compliance expertise, and proven ability to manage field operations while ensuring quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Field Supervision - Direct and supervise mechanical crews, contractors, and technicians on-site for HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and mechanical systems
• Design Review & Understanding - Interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and engineering plans to ensure proper installation and compliance with design intent
• Quality Inspections - Conduct comprehensive on-site inspections of mechanical work including systems testing, commissioning, and performance verification
• Regulatory Compliance - Ensure all work meets local building codes, mechanical codes, fire codes, and environmental regulations
• Permit Coordination - Interface with local authorities, building departments, and inspection agencies for permit approvals and regulatory inspections
• Progress Reporting - Prepare detailed progress reports, inspection reports, and status updates for project management and clients
• Safety Management - Implement and enforce safety protocols, conduct safety meetings, and ensure OSHA compliance on mechanical work areas
• Problem Resolution - Identify and resolve mechanical system issues, design conflicts, and installation challenges in real-time
• Subcontractor Management - Coordinate and oversee mechanical subcontractors, ensuring work quality and schedule adherence
• Documentation - Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, warranties, and as-built conditions
• Commissioning Support - Participate in system startup, testing, and commissioning activities
• Client Interface - Communicate with building owners, facility managers, and end users regarding mechanical systems operation
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience - Minimum 5+ years mechanical supervision experience in commercial, industrial (Manufacturing/Clean Lab), or institutional projects (DC is a plus point)
• Technical Knowledge - Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and mechanical systems design and installation//Commissioning Experience is preferred.
• Regulatory Expertise - Thorough knowledge of local mechanical codes, building codes, and inspection requirements
• Reporting Skills - Proven ability to prepare clear, detailed reports for various stakeholders
• Inspection Experience - Experience conducting field inspections and quality control activities
• Leadership - Demonstrated ability to supervise teams and manage multiple mechanical contractors
Preferred Qualifications:
• Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent technical education
• Associate Engineer License (at minimum)
•Professional licenses (PE, contractor's license) bonus
• Experience with BIM/3D modeling coordination

What this job involves:
Serving on the front lines of customer service
Are you a people person who can make daily interactions such a breeze?
In this role, you’ll be in charge of one of the busiest places in the office—the front desk. Constantly on the go, you’ll give our visitors a warm welcome, and guide them and our employees along the way. In other words, you will set the benchmark in giving our company a good first impression.
Throughout the day, you will also handle all incoming and outgoing calls, including distribution. Therefore, it is essential to remain professional and polite in the way you present yourself, from appearance to behaviour.
You will spend each day looking at how you can maintain and improve the front office.
Being at the heart of the business
Maintaining and updating records and database are also part of your basic daily routine. These include telephone registers, call tracking and client contacts. Other responsibilities you will take care of include contributing to the monthly management report for the client and participating in emergency evacuation procedures. Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Temporary Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team for a 6-month contract. This role will focus on supporting our growing recruitment needs, with a particular emphasis on data center-related positions. The ideal candidate will bring strong recruitment expertise and the ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Operations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned requisitions, with primary focus on data center roles including engineers, technicians, facility managers, and operations personnel
- Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, and direct outreach
- Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates meeting technical and cultural requirements
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers

Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles

- Build strong relationships with internal teams to ensure seamless hiring processes

Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in corporate or agency environment

- Familiarity with technical certifications common in data center industry (CDCP, CDCS, etc.)
- Experience recruiting for real estate, construction, or industrial sectors
Additional Experience
- Background in high-volume recruitment or project-based hiring
- Experience with employer branding or recruitment marketing initiatives
- Previous contract or temporary recruitment roles demonstrating ability to deliver immediate impact
Education

Job Description:
Position Overview: Seeking an experienced Document Controller to establish and manage comprehensive document control systems using Procore and other digital platforms. Must demonstrate expertise in creating efficient workflows, maintaining document integrity, and ensuring seamless information flow across project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Digital Platform Management - Configure, customize, and manage Procore document management system including folder structures, permissions, and workflow automation
• Workflow Development - Design and implement document workflows for submittals, RFIs, change orders, drawing revisions, and project correspondence using Procore's workflow tools
• Document Administration - Maintain master document registers, version control, and distribution logs ensuring all project stakeholders have access to current information
• Submittal Management - Process construction submittals through Procore including routing, tracking, approval workflows, and compliance verification
• Drawing Control - Manage design drawings, specifications, and revisions ensuring proper version control and distribution to field personnel and subcontractors
• RFI Coordination - Administer Request for Information processes using Procore's RFI tool, track response times, and ensure timely resolution
• Change Order Processing - Facilitate change order workflows including documentation, approvals, and cost tracking through integrated project management systems
• Quality Control - Establish quality assurance procedures for document accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards and client requirements
