Sr. Network Engineer Position Summary Analog Devices is seeking a highly experienced Sr. Network Engineer to lead the design, deployment, modernization, and operational support of the company's global network infrastructure across enterprise sites, engineering labs, manufacturing facilities and data centers. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership for strategic initiatives involving Juniper networking, Aruba wireless solutions, Palo Alto security platforms, Fortinet \ any SD-WAN and enterprise infrastructure transformation programs. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership - Design, deploy, and support global WAN, LAN, WLAN, data center, and network security infrastructures. - Lead network modernization initiatives including SD-WAN, EVPN-VXLAN, firewall transformation, and wireless upgrades. - Architect and operate solutions utilizing: - Juniper (EX, QFX, MX, EVPN-VXLAN, ESI-LAG) - Aruba (Wireless, Controllers, ClearPass, Mobility Master) - Palo Alto (NGFW, Panorama) - Fortinet (FortiGate Firewall, FortiManager, SD-WAN) - Develop technology roadmaps, engineering standards, operational procedures, and security guidelines. - Lead infrastructure projects, vendor engagements, capacity planning, budgeting, and lifecycle management. Leadership & Collaboration - Partner with business leaders, infrastructure teams, security organizations, manufacturing stakeholders, and application teams to deliver technology solutions aligned with business objectives. - Influence technical decisions and provide strategic guidance to leadership teams. - Mentor and coach engineers while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. - Drive technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution workshops across global teams. - Build strong relationships with vendors, consultants, and strategic partners. Operational Excellence - Establish monitoring, alerting, incident response, and escalation procedures. - Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions for critical incidents. - Promote automation, standardization, and operational efficiency improvements. - Ensure high availability, performance, reliability, and security of global network services. Required Qualifications - 8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise network engineering and architecture. - Expert knowledge of routing, switching, wireless, security, and data center technologies. - Hands-on experience with Juniper, Aruba, Palo Alto, and Fortinet platforms. - Strong knowledge of: - BGP - OSPF - ESI-LAG - EVPN-VXLAN - SD-WAN - VPN Technologies - QoS - Experience supporting large-scale global enterprise, manufacturing, engineering environments. Brief Job Description The role of a Reliability Engineer is to support the timely execution of reliability stress test plans for new product releases, product revisions, manufacturing changes, and reliability monitoring. The Reliability Operations Engineer are responsible for making sure devices are stressed properly according to ADI internal and industry standards. The Reliability Engineer also assists in the root cause analysis of qualification failures and drives appropriate corrective and preventive actions using structured problem-solving methods. Qualifications/Skill Set - Graduate of BSEE, ECE, Materials, Physics or related field - With 0-2 years semiconductor industry experience in test, packaging, wafer fabrication, design or device physics. - Familiarity with industry standards, MIL-STD-883, JESD-47, JESD-94, J-STD-020, AEC-Q100, etc. - Familiarity with six sigma methodologies and 8D. - Technical knowledge on Board schematics, circuits, measurements, power supplies, oscilloscopes, function generators and meters. - Possess continuous improvement mindset - Proficient in English Roles and Responsibilities - Plan and executes stress test plan, support set up & debug activities in the lab. - Prepares program & test plan for reliability stress test such as HTOL, HAST, THB, ESD, LU, Reflow based on qualification plan requirement. - Assist in the root cause analysis of qual failures and drives corrective/preventive using structured problem-solving methods. - Coordinates procurement of hardware & spares used in reliability testing. - Generate specs and its revision based on the result of bias setup qualification. - Coordinates maintenance and calibration activities of reliability equipment. - Coordinates the activities and workload of technician For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
